Search Consultants for the Superintendent of Schools

Superintendent search consultants are often used by Boards of Education to assist in identification and screening for a new Superintendent of Schools.  The superintendent search consultant works for the Board of Education under a set of guidelines set forth in a Request for Proposals and /or agreed scope of services to be provided.  In New York boards of education use both private (paid) consultants and BOCES District Superintendents (unpaid) as superintendent search consultants.
