Seven 2-hour sessions, on non-consecutive days, via ZOOM with video

At some point in their career many administrators consider the Superintendent of Schools position as a goal and capstone to their career. In pursuit of that goal they seek to understand the position and its responsibilities . This understanding may be just prior to applying for a superintendency or as a prelude to commitment to one of the year-long programs available in New York State (NYSCOSS or NYSSDP). This Aspiring Superintendents Webinar Series is an opportunity to explore the knowledge, skills, and attitudes of the superintendency as understood by an outstanding faculty of highly experienced superintendents. All faculty have years of experience in the superintendency as well as career-long study of the superintendency, mentoring of many aspiring superintendents and counseling new superintendents.

This webinar series is open to any school district administrators interested in the superintendency.
