Tenure - Developing a Culture of Quality and Accountability
Mr. Wayne Vander Byl, School Attorney and Counselor-at-Law will be offering three 5-hour workshops this fall - "Tenure: Developing a Culture of Quality and Accountability," "Effective Evaluation of the Problem Teacher," and "The Successful Administration of the Teacher Improvement Plan." These workshops will address the implications of the new law, 3012-c, as well as its implications for the tenure culture in your school district.
